Day 1 – Istanbul – Arrival

(Welcome dinner included)

Welcome to Turkey! Arrive into Istanbul. Transfer from airport & check in to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore the vibrant city. Tonight we have a welcome dinner, you will meet our friendly crew and while enjoying traditional Turkish Food, you will enjoy the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 – Istanbul City Tour

(Breakfast included)

We depart at 08:30 for the Istanbul city tour. You will begin with the ancient Hippodrome, which was the scene of chariot races and the three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. We will then continue to the Sultanahmet Mosque across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet. It is also known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Then arrive at our last stop which is the famous Hagia Sophia. This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 – Istanbul to Izmir – Ephesus Tour – Kusadasi

This morning we depart via domestic flight to Izmir. Transfer from airport for a fully Guided Ephesus Tour starts at 09:00, one of the best preserved ancient ruins in the world. A visit to Ephesus – once the commercial centre of the ancient world – is a highlight of any visit to Turkey. The city, whose wealth and patronage supported its splendid architectural program, was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. Her enormous temple, once considered one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World and rebuilt several times, dates in its latest form from the third century B.C. The tour of the ruins also includes a theatre, gymnasium, agora and baths, as well as the Library of Celsus. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 4 – Day Trip to Turkish Village Sirince

Today, we are going to visit a traditional Turkish Village, Sirince and you will have the chance to meet the locals and taste their local produce. Sirince’s construction style today belongs to Anatolian Greeks. The houses on the slope are all original with their white paint. There is a good view at the entrance of the village and its streets are also wonderful. Sirince is very popular for its building style, house, streets and apple wine made by the villagers. In 1922 the Anatolian Greeks immigrated back to Greece and Turks coming from Greece settled there. There are remains of 42 Churches and Monasteries in and around the village that is why Sirince is also known as Ephesus in the mountains. Sirince is one of the Government Protected Areas (G. R. A) Of Izmir and so most of its Original Authentic buildings are well preserved, especially the two Churches in the village Centre. After lunch, we will make a shopping tour in which you will be aware of the ancient arts of Turkey like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery. Upon return to your hotel in Kusadasi, you will have the opportunity to experience a Turkish Bath which is one of the oldest cultural practices of Anatolia. After having dinner at your hotel, you will have the free time to stroll in the city. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5 – Daily Picnic Boat Cruise

A day at sea with lunch included and served on board. We set out at approx. 11:00 to cruise the turquoise seas of the Kusadasi coastline. We will visit several of the most beautiful bays where you can swim and snorkel in crystal-clear water or simply relax in the mild breeze, enjoy the stunning views and perfect your suntan to the sound of the gently lapping waves. Back on land at approx. 17:00. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6 – Pamukkale

After breakfast at 08:30 we depart for our tour of Pamukkale travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis. On the way we will visit one of the famous leather production centers of the region. We then arrive at Pamukkale for lunch. Afterwards you will visit the calcium terraces of Pamukkale (cotton castle) and the ruins of Hierapolis, then walk around this natural phenomenon and have the option of lying in the waters of the natural springs. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 7 – Bodrum

At 08:30 we depart for Bodrum. Bodrum as a city is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after destinations in Europe and with such a precedence, it offers some fantastic adventures for any age group. You can spend your days walking the streets of Bodrum, experiencing the sights and smells of the markets or walk the shopping malls searching for your top designer labels. Overnight in Bodrum.

Day 8 – Jeep Safari

(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

A Jeep safari trip today will provide an unforgettable adventure and introduction to another way to experience the Mediterranean coastline of Turkey. Driving in Suzuki Jeeps, our 130 km route is mostly OFF-ROAD and includes the most spectacular views and countryside of the entire region. Leaving Bodrum at approx. 10:00, we head east of the Bodrum Peninsula. After a coffee break at Ciftlikkoy, we reach the highest peak of the Peninsula affording a magnificent panorama. Continuing through Etrim and Mumcular villages we arrive at the sleepy hamlet of Mazy for lunch and a swim in the gorgeous bay. We take in the pine forests and mountain scenery on our return journey to Bodrum for approx. 17:00. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.

Day 9 – Koycegiz / Dalyan (Mud Bath) – Fethiye (Oludeniz)

At 08:30 we depart for Koycegiz. There we board a boat and cruise across Lake Koycegiz where we will have numerous opportunities to swim. We head for Turtle Beach, where the Aegean and Mediterranean meet and have a traditional Turkish lunch. On our return journey back to Koycegiz we visit the mud-bath to cover ourselves in MUCK, before jumping in the natural thermal springs. After the cruise we take a short bus trip to our night stop in Fethiye. Dinner and overnight in Fethiye (Oludeniz).

Day 10 – Fethiye – Cleopatra Bay – Private Blue Cruise

After Breakfast at the hotel, we depart from Fethiye harbour around 10:30am. Enjoy some swimming or snorkelling at the tranquil Ag bay where lunch will be served as well. Our first night is spent in Cleopatra’s Bay, here we can swim in the ruins of an ancient bath and enjoy dinner and sunset drinks. Overnight on board.

Day 11 – Bedri Rahmi Bay – Flat Island – Tersane Island

After breakfast we cruise to beautiful Bedri Rahmi Bay, named after one of the first Blue Voyagers who in 1973 painted a fish on a rock. Here you swim or take a walk on the island. We have lunch at Flat Island, and have a swim in the shallow waters. Dinner and second night is spent nearby Tersane Island. Overnight on board.

Day 12 – Red Island – Fethiye – Blue Cruise End

Cruising to Gocek to swim, snorkel or just soak up some sunshine. After lunch we cruise along a few more bays and have a last swim stop at Red island before returning to Fethiye harbour. Transfer to Dalaman Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul.

Day 13 – Istanbul Bosphorus & Two Continents

Enjoy a magical Istanbul Bosphorus boat cruise and Spice Market tour starting at 08:30. Enjoy the array of sites you can see from the boat including: SPICE BAZAAR (Egyptian Bazaar) The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion you will pass the magnificent Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.

RUMELI FORTRESS Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world.

BEYLERBEYI PALACE The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on the Asian side of Istanbul. BOSPHORUS BRIDGE enjoy a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe). CAMLICA HILL the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosporus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. SHOPPING AT BEDESTEN (after cruise)

Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear show. After the tour, enjoy your last night in this bustling city. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 14 – Istanbul – End of Tour
